What is the perfect culture inside a company?

We want to know what you think.

In coaching businesses over the years we have experienced all kinds. First it begs to question. What do you want?

Do you want clarity, that everyone’s voice is heard, conflict is welcomed, peer to peer accountability is the norm, anything but constant attention to results is a priority, people have “bought in” to the plan, and trust is present at all levels?

That would be the ideal company culture”¦or belief system.

I ran a workshop at a top 10 U.S. company.  A very successful business with high profits.  Before we started we asked the Leader his opinion of the culture.  He said his meetings were very open and transparent.  And that was the culture he wanted.

But when we got going in the workshop it became very apparent that the culture was anything but “open”.  The group we were coaching had a few bullies on the TEAM that dominated the conversations.  And ultimately ended up high jacking the meeting.

Building a culture inside of your company takes perseverance and attention to detail.

Multiple meetings, one on ones, and constant feedback will get you going where you want to go.
