I am reminded of one of my hero’s quotes “The two most important days in your life are day you were born and the day you find out why.” Mark Twain
I was born to do what I am doing right now. I love being of service to others. And it shows up in my conviction and passion. Consequently, I do not get “hooked” into the stories and drama of their minutia. I am able to see the person across from me as being “naturally creative and whole”. That enables me to see beyond the moment of stress/drama/being stuck and into their desired future self.
Do you know why you were born? Some people actually think they will never know. I call B.S. on that!!! Everyone has a path. Every human being is a light shining for all to see. We all have a purpose on this planet. Finding it is the key to happiness. But first, you have to want to. First, you have to give a darn.
It takes courage, diligence, resiliency, and tenacity to find your calling. You might be living it right now and not know it. Your intuition knows is it being celebrated?
When coaching for businesses or individuals we have to establish the values and mission in order to form a purpose and plan to make them happen. We should be teaching that in grade school don’t you think? IF we did maybe we would be experiencing even more brilliance on this planet.
Don’t let anyone keep you from yours. Here’s another favorite quote from Twain”¦
“Keep away from people who try to belittle your ambitions. Small people always do that, but the really great make you feel, too, can become great.”
