Usually I know what I want.

And I know what to do to get what I want.

I haven’t always been like this.

It has taken me awhile to really get to know the ebbs and flows of my life.

…And to get to know me.

Luckily I have had enough time on this planet to really work at it.

Here’s my reality;

If I really know, and I mean r-e-a-l-l-y know what I want, I will put a plan together.

I’ll also look at all the pros and cons of it.

Which means I will have to face some probabilities and fears.

These fears come in all shapes and sizes.

In the past I didn’t want to look at these fears.  Still don’t in some cases.

But I also know that denying my fears is a dead end and eventually the fears will rear their ugly head and run into me.

…Or me into them.

Knowing what I want, putting a plan together to get what I want, and having the resilience to fight through all the pain is something I pride myself on.  It’s not easy.

It is also what makes me a pretty good ally and coach to all I am associated with.

Do you know what you want?

Are you willing to face all the fears associated with getting what you want?

Let’s assume you do, I must give you fair warning…

Just because you put a plan together, does not automatically mean success.  You must know beyond a shadow of doubt that you might not get what you set out for.

That might lead to disappointment, or better yet…

Something better just might come along.  And it won’t even look like what  you thought you wanted.

You’re going to have to trust in that.

This man knew what he wanted, and was willing to go somewhere he had never gone before.

What a terrific inspirational story.

You can have what you want too!  All you have to do is dream it.

Most of the time we, as human beings, let fear run our lives.

We don’t have to do that.  We can trust in ourselves.

…And be nicer to ourselves.

If I knew what I know now, I would have been more gentle on myself while experiencing all of this life.

Hindsight is 20-20.

If you are going to believe in something, believe me on that.
